Computer Forensic Analysis
Our trained investigators have years of experience behind them and use the latest forensic software, technology, and procedures in ensuring we give as full a picture as possible as to what has happened. Our team provides a tailored approach to whatever situation you find yourself in.
How Can We Help?
Over the years we have helped a range of businesses, as well as crime and law enforcement agencies, get access to the evidence they need. In our experience, there are some common types of evidence that we are often asked to retrieve, including that which helps show intellectual property theft, employee misuse of company assets and fraud.
Our team uses rigorous digital forensic techniques to search, identify and categorise all relevant evidential data within an investigation.
We invest in the latest technology platforms, which include specialist software such as that provided by X-Ways Forensics and Magnet Forensics. Our team is highly experienced on each platform.
Recovery of Deleted Data
Gone for good? Not exactly. Deleted doesn't necessarily mean unrecoverable. Our computer forensic specialists have vast expertise, spanning a wide range of investigations where data recovery has been key. You'll get a full report detailing all the findings of the forensic analysis.
Onsite Data Collection
We’re based in the City of London and can reach most parts of London easily for data collection purposes if required. Contact us should you need this service
Imaging of Devices
Disk ‘imaging’ involves creating an exact forensic replica of data stored on a device's hard drive. By having this replica, we preserve the original data for ongoing court proceedings or any investigations that may happen further down the line. This preservation or original evidence is just one of the measures we take in ensuring that all our actions result in court-admissible evidence.
Analysis of retrieved data
At the conclusion of our investigation, we’ll present you with a report in plain English detailing our findings. This will be based on the search, recovery, and analysis of data stored on the computer in question. We will be able to give you a complete timeline of events, including, for example, the time a file was deleted, the details of what was copied onto a USB stick and even what an employee searched on Google
